1. Service description
Foliotrail is a subscription platform that lets you observe—in real time—the personal investment activity, portfolio allocation and commentary of our founder ("Julian's Portfolio"). Nothing on the site or app constitutes financial advice or a solicitation to invest. You make ALL trading decisions at your own risk.
2. Eligibility
You must (i) be 18 years or older and (ii) reside in a country where Stripe operates. Professional-investor status is not required.

- Your trial converts automatically unless you cancel before the end of the 30-day period.
- No refunds once the trial has ended or a renewal charge has been processed (Art. 103 m) Dir. 2011/83/EU).
- Taxes, if applicable, are added at checkout.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the in-app "Billing" page or the Stripe Customer Portal linked in your receipt email. Access remains until the end of the paid-up period.
5. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close your account without prior notice for non-payment, abuse, scraping, or any breach of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All dashboards, data, metrics, code and branding are owned by Foliotrail. Subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to view them. You may not redistribute, resell or create derivative works.
7. Not financial advice
Information is provided "as-is" for educational purposes only. We are not an investment advisor and do not tailor content to your circumstances. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Madrid courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
Material changes will be emailed to subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
